At FIN – Funky Interior, we take great care in ensuring that your purchases arrive safely and promptly. Shipping is an important part of the purchasing process, and we want to make sure that it is as easy and stress-free as possible for you.

We use reliable and experienced ‘White Glove’ shipping companies to ensure that your items arrive in excellent condition. Our team carefully packs each piece of furniture to protect it during transit.

Whether you are purchasing a large sofa or a delicate lamp, we have the expertise and resources to get your furniture to you quickly and efficiently. You have the ability to come and collect your treasure at our showroom, in Heverlee, Belgium.

All orders can be picked up from our showroom in Heverlee for free.

* Shipping prices mentioned above are estimates and may vary from the final cost. Extra charges may apply. In case shipping costs aren’t paid fully or in case the customer decides to not option for shipping after receiving their shipping quote, the order can be cancelled without any extra charges or fees.

The customer may notify the seller that he renounces his purchase, without payment of a penalty and without giving a reason, within a period of 14 days counting from the day following the day of delivery of the product. This regulation is only valid within the European Union. From this notification, the customer has 10 days to return the product to the seller.

If these deadlines are not met, the customer is deemed to have definitively waived his right of withdrawal. The buyer assumes responsibility for payment of all shipments and any damage the item may incur during such time regardless of the reason for return.

The return to the seller is at the buyer’s expense and will be made to the following address: FIN – Funky Interior – Waversebaan 164 – 3001 Heverlee – Belgium.

Upon lawful exercise by the customer of his right of withdrawal and if the products are still in impeccable condition in their original packaging, the seller will refund the price paid by the customer – excluding delivery costs – to the customer within 30 days of the initial payment.
